1. Part of the film guide groove is faulty:

The film cannot be bitten into the hot roll of the upper pillow packaging machine, or it can be detached from the heat roller or the ends are not aligned.

Reason one: the centers of the film, the guide groove, the longitudinal sealing roller and the transverse sealing roller are not in a straight line.

Cause two: The film guide is too inclined.

Reason three: The eccentric sprocket speed of the horizontal sealing heat roller is abnormal.

Adjustment method 1: Turn the vertical sealing pillow packaging machine to the right and turn the adjustment knob to the right to increase the pressure. The thickness of the film is stretched. It should be noted that the excessive stretching cannot be sealed.

Adjustment method 2: reduce the pressure of the longitudinal heat sealing roller. If the pressure is too large, the film cannot be clamped and may be extruded.

Adjustment method 3: The longitudinal sealing roller should be sandwiched more than usual, generally 10MM should be clamped in 7MM.

Adjustment method 4: Adjust by the pillow packaging machine. If the two ends are still not aligned, bend the film beyond the side guide groove to bend it inward.

Adjustment method 5: There is an error in the center line of the film guide groove, and it should be replaced if it is badly manufactured.

2. The cutter part is faulty.

(1) The film cannot be cut:

Reason one: the gap between the movable knife and the fixed knife is not adjusted well.

Adjustment method; there are two short tension bolts on the outside of the fixed knife, and two long compression bolts on the outside of the fixed knife. When the blade of the movable knife is close to the fixed knife, the film is cut by the grinding of the two knives. The gap between the two pillow packaging machines is preferably 1/100 MM, and the two upper knives are slightly touched, so that the sharp knives are often kept parallel. When adjusting, hold the film by hand and cut it, and adjust it. When adjusting, the cutter clutch should be disengaged.

Reason 2: The cutting blade is damaged and damaged with oil stone honing, and the broken grinding machine is used for repair.

Cause three: The cutter is not properly installed, the cutter clutch is poorly clutched, and the positioning button is disengaged.

Solution: Carefully inspect all parts and retighten.

3, horizontal sealing hot roller failure: poor sealing.

Cause: Poor thermal regulation, insufficient push spring pressure or uneven pressure.

Adjustment method; appropriate pressure and temperature should be selected according to the thickness and type of packaging materials used. If the sealing temperature is too high, the sealing is white, the packaging film at the sealing is easy to peel off, and the pressure of each heat sealing roller is by the spring. For adjustment, the temperature of the roller is controlled by the temperature controller to control the heating rod to heat the temperature. There are pressure adjustment buttons on the left and right sides of the horizontal sealing roller. Each adjustment button is composed of a push-pull packaging machine button and a pull button. If only the push button is used, the heat roller is subjected to excessive pressure, which may cause poor sealing, so it should be appropriate The push button and the pull button are used, and the adjusting button is provided at two places of the horizontal sealing heat roller in order to prevent the lateral force from being unevenly adjusted.

4, the turntable part failure:

(1) The packaged product is mixed into the heat sealing portion.

Reason one: The bagging time is not coordinated with the heat sealing time.

Solution: The two gears connected to the turntable gear are pushed up, and the two gears are pushed up to change the meshing so that the material does not fall when the seal is closed. The ideal materializing time is that the particles are loaded into the bag after the horizontal sealing is completed. Do not change easily after adjusting properly.

Reason 2: The packaging speed is too fast, the material falling time is long, and the packaging speed is appropriately reduced.

(2) The cutting time has been adjusted and it is abnormal again.

Cause: The turntable is not properly fixed, the keys and fixing screws are loose, or the fixed position is incorrect, and the switch in the turntable is poorly opened and closed.

Repair and adjustment: Fix the turntable in the correct position of the pillow packing machine and re-fix the keys and screws. The shutter is fixed by adjusting the opening and closing mechanism of the shutter to the correct position. In addition, when loading a small amount of powder, or a mixture of extremely different specific gravity, it takes a long time to bag, which causes the powder to bite into the sealing part. At this time, the packaging speed should be slightly slowed down to make it rotate. To be suitable for the performance of the material being packaged.

5, electrical part failure

(1) The heat sealing roller current is too large or the fuse is blown

Cause: There is a short circuit in the heater or a short circuit in the heat seal line.

(2) The heat sealing roller is not hot

Cause: A heating wire is blown, the second fuse is blown, and the three temperature control is faulty. At this time, different temperatures are set, and the traffic light does not jump.

(3) Temperature cannot be controlled automatically, temperature is too high

The first reason is that the thermocouple is in poor contact with the roller or damaged. The second reason is that the temperature controller has a fault inside.

(4) Photoelectric position is not pillow packing machine

Cause one: The controller fuse is broken or there is a fault inside.

Reason 2: The wrapping paper is not installed, so that the bidding center does not pass the photoelectric head aperture center.

Reason three: There is dirt on the photoelectric head.

Cause four: The sensitivity knob is not adjusted.

6, the organization itself is faulty

(1) Some institutions cannot start:

Reason one: the motor and wiring are broken: the disconnection is turned on, and if the motor is faulty, the motor should be replaced.

Cause two: The fuse is blown: replace the fuse with the equivalent amperage value.

Cause three: the gears are connected to the screws, the keys are loose, etc.: Re-tighten the loose screws, and start from the motor and check according to the transmission order.

Reason 4: The foreign matter falls into the gear and other rotating parts. At this time, the motor has an abnormal sound. If it is not processed in time, the motor is easily burned and the foreign matter is taken out.

Reason 5: The foreign object falls into the pillow packaging machine, and the two blades are too tightly matched: the foreign matter is taken out. When the two blades are too tight, the gap should be appropriately increased.

(2) The horizontal sealing heat roller does not rotate

Reason: The bearing part of the hot roller is not oiled, causing burnout and locking, the gear fixing lock ring and the key are disengaged: oil should be injected into the heat roller, and the gear lock ring and key should be retightened.
